The 2022 AFL Trade Period is now done and dusted.
Matt Rendell has looked at the ins and outs at each of the 18 clubs and provided a grade for their trade period activity.

GOLD COAST
Rendell says: They just had to get money out.
The Jack Bowes one was a debacle for them, having to give up pick 7.
They also lose Izak Rankine, but do get pick 5 back in.
Their job was all about the draft next year. They were just preparing for their supposed gun academy kids next year so were stocking up on future picks.
That’s why they didn’t do much this year.
