Another former Saint is returning to Moorabbin, this time in the form of Brendon Goddard joining as a development coach.
7 News and AFL Media have both reported the appointment.
Goddard played 205 games for the Saints between 2003-2012 in a 334-game career that featured two All-Australian blazers.
The now 37-year-old returns to St Kilda under Ross Lyon in a new look coaching team.
Fellow Saints greats Lenny Hayes and Robert Harvey have also accepted jobs as assistant coaches at the club. That duo and Goddard all spent time playing under Lyon in what one was of the club's most successful periods.
