It’s understood all clubs have been made aware of the injury via the AFL.
Fletcher’s dad, Adrian, played 107 of his 231 games for Brisbane, and Fletcher is expected to have a bid matched on him within the first round of the National Draft.
The midfielder battled injuries earlier this year but shapes as one of 2022’s most promising draft prospects after impressing in the Lions' academy.
Brisbane is also expected to match a bid on fellow father-son Will Ashcroft early on draft night, with the first round to be taken on November 28.
