SEN tackles Rugby League season with unrivalled coverage

Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) is serving up mouth-watering coverage ahead of the 2023 Telstra NRL Premiership Season with a star-studded line-up of broadcasters, experts and programming to deliver an unparalleled and comprehensive rugby league experience.

SEN 1170 AM, SENQ 693 AM & SEN Gold Coast 1620 AM will be the pre-eminent destination for rugby league fans in New South Wales and Queensland, while fans in regional communities won't miss a moment with coverage extending across over 60 regional frequencies and regions.

The SEN League team boasts an impressive roster of some of the biggest names in the game. Dual-code superstar Mat Rogers joins legendary figures such as Andrew and Matty Johns, Cam Smith, and Denan Kemp across SEN’s rugby league led programs each week.

SEN’s experienced commentators and analysts include Matt White, Joel Caine, Brett Kimmorley, Scott Sattler, Tim Mannah, Mark Carroll, Jimmy Smith and Drury Forbes.

And the latest in NRL news is led by highly respected journalists such as Michelle Bishop, Jelisa Apps, David Riccio, Michael Carayannis and Andrew Webster.

Fans can start their day with Breakfast with Vossy and Brandy, stay informed for Mornings with Matt White, tune into Afternoons with Jimmy Smith and catch The Run Home with Joel and Fletch. Additionally, expert analysis and insight into the game is available on Cam Smith and Matty Johns' respective weekly programs, The Captain's Run and Morning Glory, offering fans even more in-depth coverage of the sport.

SEN's commitment to rugby league continues to grow with the introduction of two new programs, Let It Ride and The Last Word, along with the return of Crunch Time and the Hostplus Cup to SEN stations in the Sunshine State.

Crunch Time is the ultimate destination for die-hard rugby league fans, delivering up-to-the-minute news and comprehensive match previews every Saturday and Sunday between 12-2pm AEDT, beginning March 4. The Saturday show features the dynamic duo of Joel Caine and Scott Sattler, accompanied by the Sydney Morning Herald's Chief Rugby League Reporter, Adrian Proszenko.

Jimmy Smith leads the show on Sundays with Network 10's Sports Reporter Apps, and dual swimming world champion and avid Canterbury Bulldogs supporter James Magnussen.

Immediately following Crunch Time each Saturday, Let It Ride takes over the dial and see's Joel Caine, Stephen O'Keefe, and Scott Sattler join forces for a fun and engaging look at the world of sports. Focusing on results, analysis, and entertaining commentary, the dynamic trio will provide insightful tips and keep fans up-to-date on the latest news and scores.

SEN League’s live coverage of the 2023 Telstra NRL Premiership Season kicks off from 7pm AEDT on Thursday, March 2 when the Parramatta Eels host Melbourne Storm from CommBank Stadium.
