Brad Johnson’s rolling All-Australian team after Round 4

2023-04-13T06:50+10:00

Western Bulldogs great and SEN Sportsday regular Brad Johnson will be selecting a rolling All-Australian team throughout the 2023 AFL season.

Johnson, a six-time All-Australian, will update the side after each round on a weekly basis.

After making eight changes after both Round 2 and 3, Johnson's team has stabilised with only three ins and outs after Round 4.

While there's less movement, one omission in particular caught the attention of co-hosts Kane Cornes and Gerard Healy.

Johnson: “This is difficult for me to say right now, but Christian Petracca is out of my team.”

Cornes: “Didn’t he get nine coaches votes on the weekend?”

Healy: “That’s the biggest axing you’ve ever produced.”

Johnson: “It is, it’s pretty tough, but his replacement is Luke Davies-Uniacke.”

Cornes: “Couldn’t find room for both?”

Johnson: “I couldn’t find room for both … I’m not going to throw midfielders to half-back and half-forward at this stage of the year.”
