Olympic champion and proud South Australian Kyle Chalmers gave a rare media interview on SEN SA Breakfast on Thursday.
Chalmers joined Mark Bickley and Jarrod Walsh as part of our Ray White Real Estate mindset series and gave a fascinating insight into his life and swimming career.
He says he has been labouring two days a week to keep his mind fresh away from the swimming pool.
