Collingwood recruit Dan McStay faces more time on the sidelines after a setback in his recovery from finger surgery.
McStay was set to be available after Collingwood's bye, with the club last week indicating he would be a test for Round 15 after finger surgery in April.

However, the Magpies have revealed that McStay has suffered an infection in the finger that was operated on. The club reports he'll miss for the short term.
McStay has not played since Round 5 against St Kilda, a game where he ruptured the flexor tendon in his finger. He booted three goals in five games earlier in 2023.
