Chayce Jones has been ruled out for the remained of the 2023 season.
Jones will undergo surgery in the coming days after scans confirmed a Lisfranc fracture in his left foot from an incident from the final term of Adelaide’s win over Gold Coast.
With the Crows’ finals hopes still alive, Jones – who hasn’t missed a game since Round 2 – and his setback will prove a big blow.

He’s averaged 17.4 disposals and 2.5 inside 50s playing on a wing in what has been a breakout season.
The 23-year-old’s injury follows that of the same nature to Jack Henry and Harrison Petty in recent days.
They are the first three to suffer the specific injury in 2023, five months into the season.
But in better news for the Crows, Izak Rankine could play Brisbane this weekend as he returns from a hamstring injury.
