Sydney’s newest star Brodie Grundy was stung by a jellyfish on the morning of his first game as a Swan.
Grundy will take on his old side Melbourne on Thursday night, but he will have to do so with quite the swollen ear.
The veteran ruckman took to Instagram to reveal the incident.
“In other news, I went for a swim this morning and got stung by a blue bottle jellyfish which was fun,” Grundy wrote.
Despite the incident, he has been named and is playing.
