Listed racing in Brisbane this afternoon from Eagle Farm as we get closer to our Winter Racing Carnival which is only 2 weeks away! Track rated a Good (4) this morning however showers are possible this afternoon tending to rain this evening, all that can all stay away until after the last! First of 9 races set to go at 11.38am.

Busting to break through her run here a fortnight back was one of the best of the day. Plans were to ride forward however from the outside gate that was never going to happen & she ended up settling last. Her effort to pass every rival bar the winner in a race not run to suit was terrific. Drawn more favourably this afternoon she’ll settle closer, look out!
RACE 6 # 11 TOJAKI
Sunshine Coast trained mare who although out of the placings both runs this prep neither have been below par. Slow to jump first up she closed well, drawn wide second up she settled rearward before once again making good ground. Today she draws a far better gate & gets to 1400m which is definitely suitable. Confident she’ll be bouncing back into winning form.
