Cronulla star Braydon Trindall has been fined and suffered a number of consequences after pleading guilty to drink driving related charges.
Trindall appeared in Sutherland Local Court on Tuesday and pleaded guilty to charges of drink driving and failing a roadside illicit drug test.
He was fined $1100, had his licence suspended for three months and will be made to install an alcohol interlock system on his car.
The 24-year-old hasn’t played since Round 7 after agreeing with the Sharks to step away from playing to undergo counselling.
However, he’s now set to be handed a breach notice by the NRL and will have five days to respond. The playmaker is free to play during that period.
He has since been named for the Sharks’ clash against Parramatta on Thursday night.
