Star UK tipster Rory Flanagan has given his best bet for Day 1 of the Royal Ascot Carnival.

The renowned international expert joined SENTrack’s Giddy Up with Gareth Hall to steer the punters into his best bets for the opening day of the famous carnival.

“My best bet is Notable Speech in the St James Palace Stakes,” Flanagan said.

“He tanked up to the lead from the back of the field last start and went past them like they were B-Graders and then the horses that came second and third in that race ran first and second in the Irish Guineas.

“His form looks rock solid and assuming the French don’t turn up and spoil the party, Notable Speech is a point and shoot job.”
