Australian Olympian Jodie Henry is this week's guest on This Is Your Journey – thanks to Tobin Brothers.

As the show continues to countdown to the Paris Olympics, Henry was a perfect guest given she competed in the 2004 games in Athens.

At those games, the freestyler won a remarkable three golds – coming in the 100m freestyle, 4x100m freestyle and 4x100m medley.

Henry’s success didn’t just occur at the Olympics either as she won five World Championships golds, four Commonwealth games golds and two Pan Pacific Championships golds.

Before all of that success, Henry grew up away from the limelight in Brisbane having only started competitive swimming at the age of 14.

Her career came to an end in 2009 after failing to qualify for the Beijing 2008 games due to injury.

Henry also held claim to three world records and retired with six silver medals and two bronze medals across her award-filled journey.

The Aussie great discussed her career and much more on this week’s episode.
