“I think she’s nearly unbeatable”: Form analyst declares talented sprinter

Leading form analyst Joel Davies has given an almighty push for Manaal in Saturday’s Silver Shadow Stakes at Randwick.

The Michael Freedman-trained sprinter heads into this 1200m feature first-up on the back of two solid trials.

With their eyes set on a potential Everest campaign, Davies believes this talented filly will go bang first-up from barrier four for jockey Jason Collett.

“It was amazing the price she went up in the Silver Shadow, they put up $3,” Davies told SENTrack’s Giddy Up.

“I know she’s got to give them three kilograms but let’s be fair dinkum, the other horses in the race are only so so.

“She’s drawn a beautiful gate, she’ll sit just behind the speed and I think she’ll blow them away.

“I think she’s about $2.70 and I think there’s still plenty of meat on the bone there, I think she’s nearly unbeatable on Saturday.

“I know it’s first-up but I know they’ll have her ready to go because they want that carrot for an Everest.”

Manaal is a previous winner at the track and distance.

She’s currently rated a $51 chance with Sportsbet in the Everest.
