SEN’s Dwayne Russell has completed another finals week two pressure meter, this time with a twist.
As well as ranking the teams of who he has most under pressure, Russell listed the five individuals he thinks are under the pump to produce on Semi-Final weekend.
Russell’s pressure meter ranks individuals from 1-5, with number one having the most pressure on them and the most to lose heading into the weekend.
Check out Russell’s pressure meter below.
1. Ken Hinkley (Port Adelaide coach)
"Ken Hinkley is obviously number one,” Russell said on SEN Afternoons.
“It’s not just the fans booing Ken, everyone boos in their own way and David King has called him ‘Kenny Average’ for a long time.
“Some think Ken and the Port Adelaide coaches’ box didn’t have a plan B against Geelong last week.
“Everyone boos in their own way.”
2. Connor Rozee (Port Adelaide captain)
“I’ve got Connor Rozee at two on my pressure meter, he needs to respond.
“He’s been an interesting watch. Kane Cornes has had the Sam Walsh v Connor Rozee debate for some time now … Champion Data’s Daniel Hoyne doesn’t seem to rate him as much though.
“So, he has to be number two.”
3. Toby Greene (GWS captain)
“I’ve got Toby Greene at three, he needs to have a big final Toby, he hasn’t had a great year.
“This is the moment, it’s a home final for the Giants.”
4. Eric Hipwood (Brisbane forward)
“It’s time for Eric to have a big final.”
5. Chris Fagan (Brisbane coach)
“Chris Fagan is obviously at number five, the coach needs it most.
“I’d also put Port Adelaide’s Todd Marshall equal here if he is selected, it’s time for him to have a big game.”
