It's Grand Final week!

Sunday night's NRL Premiership decider features the top two teams of the season battling it out at Sydney's Accor Stadium. 2024's minor premiers, the Melbourne Storm, will look to disrupt the Penrith Panthers' hopes of completing a historic four-peat of titles in their fifth consecutive Grand Final.

In the NRLW, the Sydney Roosters and Cronulla Sharks square off Sunday 5.55pm (NZT) - the Roosters are aiming for their second title, while the Sharks are playing in their first NRLW Grand Final.

The players will also be dressed to the nines for Wednesday night's annual Dally M Awards night with Kiwis playmaker Jahrome Hughes a standout candidate to take out the supreme award for his season with the Melbourne Storm, as is Panthers fullback Dylan Edwards.

In the second to last episode of the year for hosts Sam Hewat and Anthony Gelling, Running It Straight looks ahead to the year's biggest night of footy. The biggest until the Kiwis begin their defence of the Pacific Championship crown, that is!
