Racing in Brisbane this afternoon comes from Eagle Farm where we have 10 races to get through on a soft (5) rated track. Weather is fine with perhaps a shower much later, if at all. First gets underway at 11.43am QLD time which is an hour later for those in the daylight savings states.

Yours for theirs odds would be a good price for this filly who will be having only her fourth start this afternoon. She caught the eye two back over 1200m on her home track before quickly to the mile at Doomben where she broke her maiden status with ease. She faces a very average bunch of opponents & should be far too strong once again.

RACE 9 # 5 CLOUDLAND

Gave every indication he was looking for further two starts back at Eagle Farm before heading to Toowoomba stepping it up 100m in distance. Unfortunately, he was caught deep without cover yet still made a dash for home in the straight only to be run down on the line. The effort was very good, he gets 1400m today & a much cosier run from the favourable alley.
