Tips for The Everest, King Charles and Caulfield Cup from Glen Boss

Champion former jockey Glen Boss has given his tip for The Everest (1200m) on Saturday.

Boss believe Peter Moody and Katherine Coleman’s two-time Group 1 winner I Wish I Win can salute in the world’s richest race on turf at Royal Randwick.

“I Wish I Win,” Boss said on SEN1170 Breakfast when asked for his Everest tip.

“He’s had the most perfect preparation for The Everest. He’s had two runs in Melbourne on unsuitable tracks. They’ve been like barrier trials for him to be very honest.

“He’s flying and he goes at least two lengths better in Sydney on a dry track. He’s very hard to beat.”

I Wish I Win is currently the $6 equal favourite with Sportsbet alongside Joliestar for the $20 million Everest.

Boss also provided his selection for Saturday’s other feature races the King Charles at Randwick and the Caulfield Cup in Melbourne.

King Charles (1600m) - “I’m going to have to go with Pride Of Jenni. It will be intriguing (against Fangirl). It’s going to be such a visual.”

Caulfield Cup (2400m) - “Buckaroo.”

Pride Of Jenni is the $2 favourite for the King Charles while Buckaroo is currently the $4.20 favourite for the Caulfield Cup.
