My Ultimate Sassy trialled well at Geelong recently, beating home top trotter Ollivici in coming from last in a sharp enough final 800m. Showed some good ability before a last-start Ballarat failure and this looks a suitable race. Each-way.

I’m banking on Captain Maastricht finding the lead here and from there he should prove very hard to beat. Last time he found the front he boxed on well for third, beaten just 2.5m to Fox Dan, in 1:54.5 at Melton.

Going with One More Move just on top here, but the value looks to be Buckles For Berry and I’ll have a place-heavy each-way bet on him. I think he could punch forward and find the pegs here, and I loved his finale last time at Ballarat when he stormed late to run second to Keayang Francisco.
