Miles Pfitzner & David Taggart have your Wednesday sorted on Trackside.

The lads have taken a close look at Sandown, Warwick Farm & Belmont in a bid to find the family some winners.

See their best bets below:👇

SANDOWN

Race 5 | 3. Lovelycut

Haven’t seen this horse since the thousand guineas. Scratched last week race day with a sign of mucus liked it then and like it now. Have to be able to make a little ground which is a concern but being hillside hoping that’s the case. Midfield or closer with cover. Sun setting clear danger.

Race 7 | 15. Damehood

Loved this horses win last start where on time ran well. Draw here in 6 a little tricky as don’t want to be last, al duca should lead but need to be close enough to it. Tough as old boots this horse: hopefully nab Al duca late.

WARWICK FARM

Race 2 | 1. Regulated Affair

Ran behind the smart Queen of clubs last start and I don’t feel this much harder. Weight off helps. Need to roll cantiamo.

Race 7 | 7. Pallaton

Carries a formline I want to follow running around skyhook (winner) Grand Prairie (now winner) in the Rosebud. Back to midweek against the older horses mind you but should be too classy.
BELMONT

Race 3 | 8. Hedawood

Been waiting for this horse to debut. Trials looked ok with the best being most recent. Weak enough to kick off. Taking a risk at a good price.

David Taggart

SANDOWN

Race 1 | 4. Crack A Deel

Resumes and looks over the odds. Was thrown into the deep end last run in his prep and never disgraced himself. Draws pole for the soft run, stable are flying and is worth a little each-way play despite being a handy maiden.

WARWICK FARM

Race 1 | 2. Scoop The Pool

Resumes and looks a handy type. Was beaten less than two on debut then tipped out. That race was won by Queen Of Clubs who is G2 placed.

Race 2 | 1. Regulated Affair

Resumes and is another that comes out of that Queen Of Clubs race last prep. Scoop The Pool went around in the previous for a better guide.

Race 2 | 3. Cantiamo

Just got the money first up as a very short priced fav on a heavy track. Gets better conditions which she will appreciate and strips fitter from that run. Draws perfect for J Mac and is the one to beat.

Race 3 | 3. Island Dream

Drops in grade from last start after a solid win in a BM64. Soft track suits and should be winning at the short price.

Race 4 | 2. Ring True

Is one to watch resuming. Ex French import who is on her Australian debut and watch for her late.

Race 4 | 4. Tuileries

Is getting expensive but I’m willing to forgive her last run when she didn’t handle the heavy. Comes back a grade from those two runs and should get a nice run throughout.
