Chris Waller’s best winning chance at Randwick

Champion trainer Chris Waller has identified the stable’s best winning chance at Randwick.

You’ll have to be patient though, as it comes up in Race 10 at 5:15pm AEST.

Waller suggests that LORD PENMAN, currently a $2.30 favourite with Unibet, presents as his best hope.

He also expects FANGIRL (Race 8, $2.05) and BIRDMAN (Race 5, $5.5) to feature prominently.

Asked on RSN’s The First Word if Lord Penman was potentially the stable’s best winning chance, Waller replied: “Gee, it’s a long way to wait til the last race.

“But he may well be.

“Obviously Fangirl, we expect her to bounce back.

“Birdman I think will run a cheeky race, but he (Lord Penman) probably is I suppose.”

If you’re after a bit of value, perhaps a Waller multi could be the option.
