A beautiful moment from Adam Reynolds after the Broncos captain asked Billy Walters to help him in lifting the Provan-Summons Trophy.
Having torn his ACL in the qualifying final against Canberra, Walters was crucial in turning his side's season around.
Knowing he would miss the big dance, Walters was named Chief Motivation Officer ahead of the Grand Final.
”It’s really nice for Madge to let me be a part of this week as much as I can, as much as I’d like to be out there playing, I still feel like I’m part of it sitting on the sidelines,” Walters said in the lead up to the match.
“I had to calm down a bit, can’t distract the boys too much. I’m getting a little bit bored.
“Not getting on the field and training with them, but it’s just helping out as much as I can. Whatever they need … I am trying to help out.”
9:45pm - Walsh named as the Clive Churchill Medallist

Coming off the bench, Mam managed to run for 83 metres in 43 minutes of play which included an important turnover which set up a try to get Brisbane within two points.
Speaking post-game, the five-eighth noted that the loss in the 2023 Grand Final was a driving force for the side to not repeat the result.
"It's surreal," he said.
"We went through it two years and we made sure to tell the boys who hadn't gone through it and this was going to be a moment were we changed that."

"It's the same every game," she added.

Although it has gone to the bunker to confirm. The Stadium is holding its breathe.

4:55pm - Second Half is underway
4:50pm - What can Sydney improve on to get back into the match?
On SEN League's coverage of the NRLW Grand Final, Brett Kimmorely have noted that the amount of missed tackles from Sydney is playing a large part in being behind.
He would also agree with Mary Konstantopoulos point that there is too much for Roosters' Lock Olivia Kernick to do without Tarryn Aitken playing in today's match.
“41 missed tackles for the Roosters,” Kimmorley said.
“They have just been run over at the moment, and I agree with you, Mary (Konstantopoulos), the fact that it goes Kernick, you’ve got to do everything, they need to have another bow to her string, maybe tip it on.
“But they just can’t rely on one player to do everything in attack, but it’s also the loss of Tarryn Aiken, who is probably that player who helps Kernick out, which is more of a two-punch role.”
4:43pm - Half-time of the NRLW Grand Final
The first half of the NRLW Grand Final has all been in favour of Brisbane as they take a 12-point lead into halftime.
That was thanks to tries from Tamika Upton and Jada Ferguson, with Romy Teitzel converting both.
Julia Robinson and Mele Hufanga have also been dominant from the centres for the Broncos. They are the only two players who have managed to run for more than 100 metres for the match.
Sydney has certainly had their chances but has been stifled by Brisbane's defence.
Can the Roosters use the half to reset and come out firing to extend their winning streak to 19 games, or will the Broncos claim their fourth NRLW premiership?
We'll just have to wait and see.

3:45pm - Smith expecting plenty of turning points
SEN's Jimmy Smith is expecting this year's NRL decider to have plenty of turning points for both sides.
On SEN's Grand Final edition of NRL Crunch Time with Corey Parker and Tim Mannah, the former Rabbitohs man expects there to be as many as 12 turning points that could decide the fate of either side.
Mannah would also point out that those moments can come from the smallest of changes as shown in Brisbane's win against the Panthers last week.
Smith: “The beauty of this game and the anticipated closeness of this game is that there will be eight, twelve turning points.”
“There will be those big moments…you think of all the big moments in that Canberra Raiders vs Broncos game.
“There were so many big moments in that match.”
Mannah: “Well, the Broncos game last week, one of the biggest moments was that six to go before their last try.
“The ball gets knocked down by Blaize Talagi, and it’s such a small moment in the game, but that gives them six to go, and then they score the try off the back of that.
3:32pm - Teams confirmed for NRLW Grand Final
In just under 30 minutes, the NRLW decider between the Sydney Roosters and the Brisbane Broncos will get underway.
With that the final teams have been locked in.
3:13pm - Warriors claim first national title in club history
It has taken a while, but after 30 years of being in the ARL and NRL, the New Zealand Warriors have claimed their first win on Grand Final day.
Following their success in the NSW Cup final against the Dragons, the Warriors have continued their historic season with a 50-20 demolition job of the Burleigh Bears.
Most of the damage came in the first half, with Tanah Boyd having a day out to help his side secure the result.
The Bears did manage to claw the score back towards the end, but it was too little, too late.
The Warriors also means that while Nathan and Ivan are not playing or coaching today, the Cleary Grand Final day winning streak has continued for a fifth year through Jett.
The 20-year-old started on the bench for the side in their match against the Burleigh Bears after featuring as the starting halfback towards the back end of the season.
He would feature for 13 minutes.
2:33pm - Warriors dominating in the State Championship match
In the annual State Championship clash that kicks off the NRL Grand Final day, the New Zealand Warriors are absolutely running home with it against the Burleigh Bears.
Despite there being no score for the first ten minutes, the NSW Cup Champions have certainly made up for lost time, having managed to pile on the score with six tries before half-time.
The Bears, at the same time, were only able to get the one try.
If the Warriors can hold on, it will mean that they have become the seventh NSW Cup team in the last eight state championship matches to have done the double.
The score at half time was 32 to 6 in the Wahs' favour.
2:03pm - The six players that could decide GF
Earlier in the week, Corey Parker named three players from both the Melbourne Storm and the Brisbane Broncos that he thinks will help decide the Grand Final for their sides.
For the Bronx, the 347-game player has named Reece Walsh, Ben Hunt and Payne Haas, while for the Storm, he has selected Harry Grant, Cam Munster and Eliesa Katoa.
