If Justin Horo’s prediction is correct, then we are set for the second-ever all-Queensland NRL Grand Final on October 4.

The former Manly/Parramatta second rower has tipped that the Brisbane Broncos will play in their third grand final in four years.

But he has also picked the Dolphins to progress to their first-ever NRL Grand Final on what would be their first appearance in finals.

“I have an all-Queensland Grand Final,” Horo told SEN’s Sportsday with Rat and Jarrod.

“My premiers are the Brisbane Broncos beating the 2nd placed Dolphins.”

The New Zealand Maori representative would go on to explain why he thinks the Dolphins will make their inaugural Grand Final, believing that their mix of backs and forwards will help get them there.

“I’m high on the Dolphins,” he continued.

“There’s definitely been, during the off-season, a lot of excitement about what the Dolphins can do.

“And it's gone so far that it’s the other way that people are trying to find some chinks in the armour.

“I love Isaiya Katoa. I love their powerful outside backs that they’ve got with the addition of Selwyn Cobbo.

“Jack Bostock will be back at some (point). They’ve just got a bunch of mongrels (in the forward pack).”

The Broncos will begin their premiership defence in a preliminary final rematch against the Panthers at Suncorp Stadium on March 6.

The Dolphins will begin their season against the South Sydney Rabbitohs on March 8.
