Tasmanian Friday nights featured on Racing.com

The tail end of the Launceston Night Racing Season has received a boost with three meetings scheduled for coverage on Racing.com.

The Launceston programs on 20 March, 27 March, and 17 April will be shown in full on Racing.com, coinciding with the respective Friday night meetings in Victoria at Cranbourne.

This year’s Devonport Cup Day program (7 January) was fully showcased on Racing.com, and the meeting saw a year-on-year turnover increase of around 20%.

Colin McNiff will host coverage of the upcoming three Friday-night meetings, which should see some quality racing if the meeting on 20 March is any indication. The BM76 (1400m) is particularly strong with the likes of Earendel, Magnaprime, Stone Cold Stunner and Zany Girl prominent in big races during the recent Ladbrokes Tasmanian Summer Racing Festival.

The Racing.com coverage will be available on Free To Air (FTA), Foxtel, Kayo and streaming platforms. The first of eight races on Friday night in Launceston is scheduled for 18:00.
