RACE 1 - 11:53AM The Junction Handicap (1600 METRES)

BOOTLEGGER has a good record and comes off a strong Listed Morphettville Guineas win, beating Cannae. He draws a sticky gate but gets in well after the 3kg claim for Emily Pozman. MOSTLY FOR SHOW was beaten 2.73 lengths in 5th in that race. He draws to get a good run from the inside and MATAHGA strips fitter for a good run back, beaten 1.58 lengths in 6th behind Oak Park Maddison on the Parks, he draws a nice barrier. The Stokes stable also have TOBIKKO resuming, he was well tried on debut when placed on the Parks before beating Bardigrub to win his maiden as a $1.40 chance on December 20. FLYING BRANT was a $3.30 favourite winning his maiden at Balaklava last time over 1400m.

RACE 2 - 12:27PM Adelaide Galvanising Industries Handicap (1600 METRES)

A SAMURAI MIND has had three runs back from a spell and looked to have his chance on the Parks last week when beaten 0.85 lengths by Pudding in a BM86 over 1400m. He gets a valuable 3kg claim back slightly in grade and is sure to give this a shake back out to the mile. HAARACAINE is first-up from a spell and has been in the money at three of four resuming. He was placed in a recent Flemington jump-out. CASH is on the seven-day back up from a solid effort beaten 0.47 lengths in 3rd behind JiIlladora as a $2.15 favourite on the Parks. He draws out. BROWN NOSE DAY GAL has been in great form, winning three of her past five, the latest here on Cup Day when she was too strong and fought off Safe Bet. She draws wide but gets in with no weight after the claim for Brooke King. STAR SIRIUS came from off the speed to score a narrow 029 length Murray Bridge win, beating FAST BUBBLES. YASUKE was beaten 3.72 lengths in that race and draws the inside. OXFORD BLUE was first-up in the same race and well beaten, but was a good Morphettville winner back on November 22.

RACE 3 - 1:02PM Winning Edge Presentations Maiden Plate (1200 METRES)

TIPTOP TORI resumes and was beaten 0.65 lengths in 3rd behind Etherum Girl in the G3 Sires’ Produce here over 1400m back on July 19. She draws well. WHISKEY TUMBLER had good market support when beaten 0.25 lengths in 2nd behind Carpe Astra at Murray Bridge on March 7 and was 2nd in a jump-out there since. He maps to get a gun run. GOLDEN CLOUD ran well on debut, beaten 1.52 lengths behind Carpe Astra at Murray Bridge. HARRINO was game running 2nd behind City Pro on the Parks last week and draws a nice gate. MACHINEGUN MIKE resumes and was placed on the Parks behind Bellezze back on September 6 and was placed in a recent jump-out at Murray Bridge. BRAVE FORTUNE debuts for Will Clarken and won a recent Oakbank trial. SHE REX has been around the mark in three runs in SA and gets the blinkers for the first time here. SILENT SWAY resumes. She had specking on debut at Ararat on November 25 and has been 2nd in two Murray Bridge jump-outs ahead of this. MALDIVICA was placed behind Violet Lovebug at odds two runs back.

RACE 4 - 1:37PM Fleurieu Milk Company Handicap (1050 METRES)

ALEPPO PINE ran 2nd in the Listed Redoute’s Choice last April and was a Sandown winner. He was placed and has won a recent Pakenham jump-out, and looks perfectly placed from a good barrier. BLETHYN has been impressive this time in winning two in succession. He came from off the speed to win at Cranbourne before he was a 1.25 length winner at Pakenham last time. He draws out, but should be right in the thick of things. SIGNATURE SCENT comes through some good race running 5th behind Alpha Sofie in the G3 Peter Le Grand at Caulfield before being beaten 3.7 lengths behind Getta Good Feeling in the Inglis Sprint at Flemington last time. SHOCAP was good when beaten 2.24 lengths behind Mathametician here on Cup Day. Stablemate LA ROUX showed a brilliant finishing burst to win first-up at Moe, and she didn’t have a lot go right last time, beaten 6.02 lengths behind Educated at Flemington. WILTSHIRE SQUARE was also good, beaten 2.83 lengths in the Mathematician race, and draws well. SHE’S MY EX has won three of five and was two months between runs, winning at Pakenham on March 5 as a $1.30 favourite. She draws a middle barrier. VIRTIAL ILLUSION was impressive, winning his first two on the Parks and at Murray Bridge before being well beaten in the G3 Red Anchor at Moonee Valley in the spring. He was placed in a recent trial at Murray Bridge. Stablemate COMMON INTEREST won on debut and looks to have ability. He was placed in a recent Murray Bridge trial.

RACE 5 - 2:12PM Sportsbet Dequetteville Stakes (1050 METRES)

ALMOST AN ANGEL ran well beaten 2.55 lengths behind Streisand in a Blue Diamond Prelude and was a $101 chance and only beaten 4.96 lengths behind Streisand in the G1 Blue Diamond. He draws a middle gate and that form looks very good for this, given the 3rd horse Guest House won the Golden Slipper on the weekend. NEVER ORDINARY was game on debut when beaten 0.12 lengths behind Rebel Tuesday here before he went to the Parks and was an impressive 4.26 lengths over Neveu over the 1000m. She draws a perfect gate and will take beating. VERZAIN ran 2nd behind Zouwin at Murray Bridge on debut back on January 17 and has won a recent trial there. IMAGE ARTIST was beaten 4.18 lengths in 3rd behind Rebel Tuesday in the Listed Cinderella Stakes last time and draws well. CHURCHILL ROSE was OK on debut beaten 5.69 lengths in 5th behind Rich On Bubbles in the Magic Millions 2YO feature at Murray Bridge. There are four on debut. BETTER REIN IT IN from the Karen Byrnes stable who has won a couple of jump-outs ahead of her debut, CELESTERIA is on debut for Henry Dwyer and has been placed in three jump-outs. NOLABELL is on debut for the Bain/Taylor stable and won a recent Murray Bridge jump-out. PURE FELT debts for Travis Doudle and won a jump-out here on February 2 and was 2nd in the latest. SIGNED BY A KISS is in the Payne stable and has jumped out three times and been placed in two recent trials.

RACE 6 - 2:47PM Sportsbet Adelaide Racing Carnival April 25-May 9 Handicap (Heat 4 of Festival State Sprint Series) (1100 METRES)

ENUFF SEDUCTION resumes after putting a string of three wins together on the Parks and twice at Murray Bridge beating Sir Now at his latest back on January 10. He gets some weight relief and can run a big race fresh. ANGEL TORQUE was back to winning form at Murray Bridge coming from off the speed to defeat DECLARED who meets it better at the weights. BLANC VISAGE was 3rd in that race, HIGH ON SUGAR was only beaten 0.47 lengths in the same race as a $26 chance. ALAA PLETY had a perfect run when a narrow winner over Wally West here on Cup Day. CLARENCE was placed behind Mic Drop two runs back and then beaten 1.24 lengths behind Super Lad here on February 21.

RACE 7 - 3:22PM Sportsbet Jockey Watch Handicap (1522 METRES)

TALISAY was game on speed first-up beaten 0.91 lengths in 3rd behind Annihilate and then jumped to Listed grade beaten 11.38 lengths in the Listed C S Hayes over a mile last time. She’s back sharply in grade and should take beating. SCANDALIZE has been in good form winning here four runs back and close up since the latest beaten 0.44 lengths in 2nd behind Ramasis on the Parks. BIG BRUTE was back to his best when a 1.3 lengths winner over VANITEUX, who continues to race well, at Murray Bridge last time. CHILLCUZ was a Balaklava winner before being beaten 1.05 lengths behind All Too Mysti last time on the Parks. FLASH ALICE was 4th beaten 1.45 lengths, while EXTRA HOT was beaten 4.66 lengths in the same race. Stablemate ANAHORISH was back to winning form with a soft 2.52 length win over Right Of Veto at Murray Bridge last time. DEADLY PRESS has a handy record and was beaten 0.35 lengths in a BM62 at Yarra Valley last time over 1500m. ZARKANA doesn’t win out of turn but has been around the mark and draws a low gate.

RACE 8 - 3:57PM Sportsbet Matrice Stakes (1200 METRES)

SHADHAVAR comes off an impressive win in the Magic Millions 3&4YO at Murray Bridge beating Redders. She draws the middle and is going to take a power of beating with 54.5kg. ARKANSAW KID was placed in the Meteorite and Supernova back in December and then went to New Zealand and was runner-up behind the in-form Jigsaw in the G1 Railway at Ellerslie on January 24 and before running 7th behind First Five in the G1 Sprint at Te Rapa last time. He’s had a Flemington jump-out since, is the class horse but has to carry 62kg from an inside gate. THUNDER SHOC is another threat and is down in the weights. She was a good winner this track and trip in February and was solid late when beaten 1.65 lengths behind Celerity in the Listed Manihi last time. POWER BEAU was a good winner of the Listed City Of Marion Stakes here two runs back and then solid again when beaten 1.98 lengths behind Celerity in the Listed Manihi Classic on Cup Day. DIRTY GRIN comes off an impressive Flemington win over the 1200m coming from the back and beating RUE DE ROYALE who has won a Flemington jump-out since. CHICAGO STORM resumes and was impressive early last campaign winning at Murray Bridge over 1200m fresh and he hasn’t raced since he was beaten 4.73 lengths behind Klabel in the Christmas Handicap back on December 27. He has trialled well. GREAT MAXIMUS has been solid running 4th at Flemington at his past couple and was placed in the Listed Durbridge here three runs back.

RACE 9 - 4:37PM Sportsbet Clare Lindop Stakes (1600 METRES)

FREEDOM FLAME looks ready to peak third-up here. She caught the eye resuming over 1200m before she was nosed out over 1400m last time and has won a Morphettville trial since. Stablemate DIRTY OLD TOWN has been in great form winning three in succession before she was beaten 0.66 lengths in the Morphettville Guineas behind Bootlegger last time. OUI OUI MA CHERIE caught the eye in that race working home well into 4th beaten 1.07 lengths. MATING CALL enjoyed a solid spring running 3rd in the Edward Manifold and 5th in the G1 Thousand Guineas. She’ll strip fitter for one run back when beaten 1.32 lengths behind OAK PARK MADISON who has won her past couple. STUNG ran well behind Salty Pearl at Moonee Valley on October 25 and resumed to win a Pakenham maiden last time over 1400m. She draws a nice barrier. KAKADU SUNSET ran OK in the G3 Reg Allen at Randwick on October 18 and was beaten 2.08 lengths behind Just Mac first-up at Warwick Farm. She draws the inside. SILVASISTA won a Wangaratta maiden over 1590m on February 8 and followed up with a good effort beaten 2.75 lengths behind Salty Pealr at Caulfield in the VOBIS Guineas over 1600m last time. SHE’S STARGAZING comes off a Kilmore maiden win over 1450m. SILENT ANSWER finished off well at her SA debut beaten 2.87 lengths behind SICILIAN PRINCESS on the Parks over 1400m. FRINGES was beaten 5.89 lengths behind All Too Mysti on the Parks at her Australian debut.

He’s back to a BM64 with a big weight but should give this a shake. CASINO SHOWGIRL resumes. She was a $1.30 favourite winner in a Gawler maiden on November 6 before she was beaten 5.45 lengths behind Chest Of Gold at Cranbourne. She was placed in a recent jump-out here. PURFECT LINE was caught wide and strong late when beaten 0.42 lengths behind Alaa Plenty here on Cup Day. SYNCHRO was a dual winner on the Parks last time in work, he’s jump-out well and is a winner fresh. GOLD SPIRIT was a 0.78 length Murray Bridge winner beating Hooked On Wealth and draws out. ICE SYMPHONY has finished off well at his past couple. SHADOW EAGLE is another who made ground last time behind Cork Harbour on the Parks. FALANGHINA was 3rd in that race after racing on speed. THE JOURNO has jumped out well ahead of his return, he has won fresh and draws the inside. NEVER SURRENDER was a 0.41 length Balaklava winner last time out and draws a nice gate.
