Cam Luke & David Taggart have your Saturday sorted on Trackside.

The lads have taken a close look at Morphettville, Caulfield & Gosford in a bid to find the family some winners.

See their best bets below:👇

Cam Luke

MORPHETTVILLE

Race 2 | 3. Bred 'Em All

Won nicely on debut as is sure to have improved into a race that isn't much stronger as that was a 62. I think following the rail today will help. Experience will allow him to flatten out more than 1st time at the races and he will be very hard to beat! Probably as short as you want it at $2.30 but I think he'll win!

Race 4 | 4.Polymnia

Been wating for her to get to 2000 this prep and gets her a chance today. Keeps knocking on the door in Group races in Sydney. She was really strong late and expect to lap the trip up! Speed isn't overly obvious Brown Nose so id like to see ZL be proactive and hope for a little cover. She does relax normally so take a little risk to be closer early. Winkers go on here which will help! Soft tracks help and I expect her to peak today and win.

Race 8 | 2. Enriched (each-way - top 4/5/6)

Forget last start where he was cut off (should have finished closer) and that form held up ok in the Sangster (Bridal Waltz) From that gate going to need luck again but they do fan giving him a look if the inside is ok by this stage. Two back he was good in a Group race where he stalked the speed and I expect the same here! He has had the freshen up which I think works to the 1200 and the soft track again wont pull him up. I think he will run very well!

CAULFIELD

Race 3 | 11. Himalayan

She love getting to the Mile last start albeit in a easier race than this. 2 back she should have finished closer to Boomeroo when she was held up on the fence. She is drawn to get a nice trail into the race. Soft track wont beat her and getting cover is important but if she does she will be very strong late. Nice race but I have Q's on a couple. Does JS run a strong mile (probably) the Kiwi (after thought?) WOS (where is he at?) ect ect.

Race 4 | 6. Bella Verona

Was very good on debut where she toyed with her rivals. She was a little sluggish out and was ridden cold but hoping that she jumps a little better today and box seats. She had trialled brilliantly and she seems a really nice horse in the making. Will be very hard to beat!

Race 7 | 5. Brave One

Wasn't too bad 1st up but this is easier again. Will need to be somewhat pro active early and box seat rather than 3 pairs back. Doesn’t have an issue with the toe into the ground and only been at the 1400 once and it won. Runs well 2nd up and the stable is going very well. Will be very hard to beat!

Race 8 | 10. Black Run

Had no real luck resuming and is normally better 2nd up as anyway. Gets up to the 2000 which is a plus as is the softish ground. Drawn well enough to be able to go forward and be on pace with not a major amount of pace up front. He is a tough bugger who loves Caufield and with a low weight after the claim, he will be hard to grab! I am not backing LL this time after a nice result last start but I am not sold he is at his best here at Caulfield and taking the risk.

GOSFORD

Race 4 | 6. Compensation & Race 5 | 6. Mr Miller (WIN MULTI)

Compensation - A pure 1000m horse and again drawn to go bang from gates. Will love the track and will be off and gone. Island Dec will be the danger!

Mr Miller - Barriers win races! Good draw when he won, bad when he lost when covering too much ground. Today great gate and wont do any work in run. Has to get the 1600 but gets every chance here and will prove he runs it.

Race 6 | 10. King Of The Sea

Would have won last start in his first Aussie start had he been in a better part of the track at Caulfield. Has trialled up really well since and up in trip is a win. He will need a nice steer early to get cover but once he does he relaxes. Good track his style and I think he has the class to catch Thrice who will control the race and is unbeaten 2nd up in Europe but KOTS will have the turn of foot to get him!

Race 8 | 1. Zambardo

Was really good resuming when back over 1400 and needs the 1600. This race isn't overly strong which is why he is here rather than GC. He will get back again but the speed looks ok (Sarrismo/Omaha) and that gives him a chance to run on. His 2nd up form and 1600 on top of the track works and his run being VS stacks up for this. I think he is a really nice horse and will give a massive sight late.

Race 9 | 5. Maison Louis

He was really good resuming with a massive weight and will improve 2nd up and up in trip! The gate is a pain but DG is in fine form and I trust him to get a backside and put this bloke to sleep. Good track is a plus and no doubt he has come back in fine fettle. He is a G1 winner and has class for the type of race. He is a each way special but if he gets luck he will win this!

Race 10 | 12. Scintilla

Now I did back her last start resuming and the lack of market support told the story and she was soft late! This is easier and she will be fitter to have almost the exact same run 1-1 today. She stays at the 1200, runs well 2nd up and she runs well on all track conditions. If she comes out of that race with the improvement after a long spell like she should, she is the classiest horse here and wins!!

David Taggart

MORPHETTVILLE

Race 4 | 3. Mating Call

Was brave in defeat last start in the G1 Australasian Oaks won by Panova after taking out the Auraria. Soft track suits but she will get back after drawing bad. Only 3yo in the race and she will be hard to beat.

Race 5 | 4. Fringes (value)

Where to look here as it reads like a fillies class 1.The most I’m keen on running the trip is No.4 Fringes who won well last start when stepped up in trip with blinkers first time. Draws soft for Melham who should ride her around midfield and give her every chance. Conditions suit and she looks a great each-way play.

Race 6 | 2. Arran Bay (BEST)

Had it his own way last start when he saluted and he should get that near again here as he will sit off Super Lad. Scheelite can lead to from pole which may lead but he is on the back up from Bendigo. AB is the best horse in the race and should be winning.

CAULFIELD

Race 6 | 1. Bustling

Resumes after 20 months off the scene. Was WA’s best two year old before coming over east and going amiss in his only run in the spring of 24. Won a recent trial and should clearly have these covered but won’t know until he does it.

Race 7 | 5. Brave One

Wasn’t disgraced first up when outclassed and will find this more to his liking. Draws pole to get every chance and race just off the speed as he also gets the right track conditions. Only raced over this trip once and that was for a win.

GOSFORD

Race 5 | 5. Cloisters (value)

Finished a neck off Mr Miller last start. Draws pole, will get run of the race and the price discrepancy is too much to overlook compared to Mr Miller.

Race 6 | 3. Thrice (bet)

Started favourite in his Australian debut in what was a harder race to this beaten less than 2 by Rotagilla who is in the market later on in a Listed Race. Is undefeated second up and with the Waddick claim should lead all the way.
