SEN 1116am is today celebrating a record-breaking ratings performance, delivering the highest breakfast result in the station's 22-year history.
Breakfast with Garry Lyon and Tim Watson, together with Fireball featuring Kane Cornes and David King, achieved a 6.0% share across Monday to Friday, a 10.9% streaming share and a cumulative audience of 219,000 – both all-time records for SEN 1116am*.
The momentum extended across the network, with SEN 1116am delivering a 4.8% overall share, a 6.8% streaming share and cumulative audience of 420,000, alongside record weekend figures and growth across weekday programming**.
Following its recognition in May as Australia's No.1 breakfast podcast and Australia's No.1 football podcast, SEN Breakfast continues to strengthen its position as a leader in sports audio.
Breakfast Highlights:
Notably, Fireball (Monday and Friday, 6am–9am) ranked as Melbourne's No.1 breakfast program among Males 25–54, delivering an outstanding 16.2% share.
Strong gains were recorded across the station:
Whateley with Gerard Whateley increased to a 4.8% share, Monday to Thursday, 9am–12pm;
Dwayne's World with Dwayne Russell achieved a 2.9% share, Monday to Friday, 12pm–3pm;
The Run Home with Andy Maher & Andrew Gaze increased to a 4.2% share, Monday and Friday, 3pm–6pm, and Tuesday to Thursday, 3pm–5pm;
Locked In with Kane Cornes delivered a 5.5% share, Tuesday to Thursday, 5pm–6pm;
Sportsday with Sam Edmund, Gerard Healy and Ken Hinkley increased to a 5.3% share, Monday to Wednesday, 6pm–8pm;
Off the Bench with Craig Hutchison and Liam Pickering increased to a 4.9% share, Saturday, 9am–11am; and
The Odds Couple with Gareth Hall, David Taggart and Josh Jenkins increased to a 5.1% share, Saturday, 8am–9am.
