Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) and the South West Football League (SWFL) have reaffirmed their commitment to local football in Western Australia's South West, announcing a new three-year extension that will see their longstanding media partnership continue through to the end of 2030.

The extension builds on a successful relationship that has helped bring SWFL football to audiences across the region and beyond through SEN's growing multi-platform ecosystem.

Under the agreement, SEN will continue to deliver comprehensive coverage of the Dale Alcock Homes SWFL competition across radio, digital, streaming and social platforms, ensuring supporters can follow their local clubs wherever they are.

Matches and football content will continue to be broadcast across SEN's South West radio network, including SENSpirit 621am Bunbury and SENSpirit 1494am Southwest, while visual streams will be available through the SEN App and YouTube. SWFL fans from across the region are also able to enjoy the SWFL Game of the Week on the big screen, live at Bunbury’s Hollow Beach Bar. Highlights and key moments will also continue to be distributed across SEN's social channels, including TikTok and Instagram, bringing South West football to new and emerging audiences.

The extension reinforces both organisations' commitment to showcasing local sport and supporting the communities that make regional football such an important part of life in the South West.

Travis Green, SEN South West Commercial Lead and General Manager - Bunbury, said the renewed agreement reflected SEN's ongoing investment in local content and community sport.

"The South West Football League is one of the strongest regional competitions in Australia and we're incredibly proud to continue our partnership through to 2030," Green said.

"This extension demonstrates SEN's commitment to local football and local storytelling. Through our radio stations, digital platforms, video streaming capability and social channels, we're able to deliver unprecedented coverage of the competition and ensure supporters can engage with their clubs wherever they are.

"We've seen strong growth in audiences across all platforms and we're excited to continue working with the SWFL to grow the profile of the league, its clubs, players, volunteers and sponsors over the coming years."

Jason Crowe, General Manager of the SWFL, welcomed the agreement and the opportunity to continue expanding the reach of the competition.

"Our partnership with SEN has transformed the way our competition is consumed by supporters, both within the South West and across Australia," Crowe said.

"The ability to deliver live radio coverage, visual streaming and social content has helped increase exposure for our clubs and provided greater opportunities for our sponsors and community partners.

"We're delighted to extend this partnership through to 2030 and look forward to continuing to grow together."

The new agreement extends the existing partnership by three years, taking the current arrangement from the end of 2027 through to the conclusion of the 2030 season.
