New TV show: Giddy Up Saturday on 7two and 7plus

SEN will launch a new Saturday morning racing show, Giddy Up Saturday, on Saturday, 3 October, bringing punters two hours of tips, analysis, interviews and live New Zealand racing.

Hosted by Miles Pfitzner and Mick Gannon, the show will air from 9.30am AEST on 7two and 7plus, with a simulcast on the SEN App and SEN Fanatic.

Giddy Up Saturday will provide a comprehensive preview of the day ahead, covering major racing around Australia with a focus on Melbourne and Sydney, alongside the action across New Zealand.

Miles and Mick will break down the feature Group 1 races, assess the form and share their selections, joined by key racing figures and guest tipsters from across the SENTrack, RSN and SENTurf networks.

Viewers will also get an early taste of the day’s action, with New Zealand races broadcast live throughout the show, supported by dedicated previews and tips.

SEN Chief Executive Craig Hutchison said Giddy Up Saturday would bring together the network’s racing expertise in a new Saturday morning destination for punters. “Miles and Mick have the knowledge, chemistry and strong opinions to make this essential viewing for racing fans,” Hutchison said.

“We want punters to come away informed, entertained and ready for the day ahead. With expert voices from across SENTrack, RSN and SENTurf, plus live New Zealand racing, the show will combine practical insight with the excitement of racing already underway.

“Being available on 7two, 7plus, the SEN App and SEN Fanatic means fans can watch or listen wherever their Saturday takes them.”

Giddy Up Saturday premieres Saturday, 3 October 2026, on 7two and 7plus, simulcast on the SEN App and SEN Fanatic.
