Connor Watson has played his last game for the Sydney Roosters.
The NSW representative has been ruled out of the Roosters' Grand Final clash with a concussion, having been unable to get clearance to play.
The Category One concussion took place in the Tricolours' preliminary final win against the Dolphins last week, with the utility failing his HIA.
Watson undertook some testing throughout the week in a bid to be able to play on Sunday.
But an independent NRL doctor has determined that he was not fit enough to play.
The 30-year-old will join the Dragons next season before heading to the PNG Chiefs for their inaugural season in 2028.
