David Gately has provided his best bets for Caulfield and Rosehill on Saturday.

See Gator's Game Plan below:

BET OF THE DAY (Melbourne)

CAULFIELD - Race 3 No.5 - ON DISPLAY - Great trial before caught 3-wide no cover from gate 4 fresh, she shot away anyway but was nailed on wire. Good times! Has run well in G1 Empire Rose at 1600m.

BET OF THE DAY (Sydney)

ROSEHILL - Race 6 No.14 - SATONO GLOW - Good filly! Gave 2.5kg to another smart one Flemington and beat her running faster the than the boys (Paradoxium) and now drops 4kg. Should be unbeaten! Happily on top.

VALUE BET OF THE DAY

CAULFIELD - Race 10 No.11 - ENXUTO - Very good return in slowly run 1200m race up straight and he’s much, much better suited 1400m. Beat all-bar Birdman 2nd-up last prep. Drier the better. Some value $9 home?

Feature race

Race 8 - G1 Caulfield Guineas - 3YO SW - 1600m

2 - WARWOVEN - Come back super as 3yo. Excellent fresh Vs savage bias then on-pace/ too good Run To Roses. To 1400m in G1 Golden Rose and absorbed hot speed then raced away giving the track record a serious scare. No reason to doubt him 1600m off that!

5 - BLIND RAISE - Neat change-up speed fresh then they attacked early in Prelude, he not only absorbed that, he raced clear with rider nowhere near full-throttle on him the last 200m. How much is under that bonnet !? He looked a moral in this until Warwoven smashed the clock in Sydney. Good horse! Danger.

4 - TRON BOLT - Ran home well without threat in fast G1 Golden Rose and he will eat 1600m, and, is only 3rd-up here. Has plenty of ground to make-up on Warwoven but with added fitness, and 1600m… you can make a good case.

11 - CALL ME COACH - Exciting Dundeel 3yo who has looked super in two wins and clock has backed him up (fastest last 400m of day start two). Quantum leap here but has serious upside.

6 - DIAMETER - Squeezed through and too strong latest. All his mile form is very good. He’s competitive here for sure.

9 - WOLF GAP - Flew home behind Blind Raise then given no hope taking off early latest. Expect better.

Race 9 - G1 Toorak Hcp - 1600m

6 - REGAL AWARD - Great trial before setting strong speed (47.1 1st-800m) in G1 Rupert Clarke and went down swinging with quinella wider in better ground. Looks only leader. 2 x mile runs very good.

5 - VON HAUKE - Underrated horse. Settled 3L off Angel Capital in Rupert Clarke and beaten 3L by him. His 2nd-up form is super and like him best at 1600m. Big odds again early doors.

2 - LADY SHENANDOAH - Just missed Regal Award for 3rd in that Rupert Clarke and she too was not in the A-ground. Split Idle Flyer and Treasurethe Moment her last go 1600m. 58kg no help but can win.

11 - TOO DARN DISCREET - Flew home fresh then wide/ worked the entire race last time and still loomed to win it. Can turn tables on Changing Colours here and is 4 x times the price.

1 - EVAPORATE - Excellent fresh (wide/ worked) then won well 2nd-up. Lame in Rupert Clarke. Beaten narrowly and stiff for mine this race last year with 58kg.

8 - SABAJ - Ran well fresh WFA then got lost in Rupert Clarke. Has nice weight swing on Evaporate from Autumn when tossed line with him and Tom Kitten (just ran super in G1 Epsom).

13 - CHANGING COLOURS - Flying!! Another step up here but form ties in through a few and in light.

3 - WARNIE - Chance too gate 1 if inside the place to be…
