Paradoxium looks ideally placed under the set-weights conditions and gets a race setup that should suit. Satano Glow is the obvious threat after an impressive performance down the Flemington straight, although the wide draw could make things difficult.

Paradoxium should get a favourable position in the first few pairs, either settling behind the leaders or potentially finding the front.

Having the rails in the run is another positive. With the right run, he looks capable of proving too strong for this field.

Race 5, No.11 — Chuchichaschtli

Chuchichaschtli made an impressive impression on debut, putting away her rivals before the runner-up went on to win subsequently. That form gives her a strong platform to build from.

Barrier 2 should allow her to settle in an ideal position behind the leaders, while carrying just 53kg gives her another advantage.

With natural improvement expected from her first outing, she looks well placed to make her presence felt again.
