David King has selected his All-Australian side for season 2024.

The North Melbourne great has put together his 22 based on what he has seen throughout the course of the campaign.

King insists he wants to include two specialist wingmen rather than adding another midfielder in a wing position.

“If you’re going to pick an All-Australian team that reflects the current model of game, which means two wingmen,” King said on SEN Breakfast.

“Don’t you dare massage a midfielder that hasn’t played there.”

King has overlooked the likes of Lachie Neale, Caleb Serong and Charlie Curnow while giving Max Gawn the nod over Tristan Xerri in the ruck.
