Josh Schache has been delisted by Melbourne.
The 27-year-old has not received a contract for 2025 alongside young ruckman Kyah Farris-White.
Schache, a former Pick 2 at the Brisbane Lions, played four AFL games for the Demons after joining from the Western Bulldogs in the 2022 trade period.
“These decisions are always challenging, and on behalf of everyone at the club, we would like to thank Josh and Kyah for what they have given to our program over the past two years,” Melbourne List Manager Tim Lamb said in a club statement.
“We wish them both all the best for the next chapter in their respective journeys.”
Schache departs the Dees with 76 total AFL games to his name after 27 with the Lions and 45 with the Dogs.
Category B rookie Farris-White played 12 times for the Casey Demons in the VFL.
