Max Holmes has won the Carji Greeves Medal as Geelong’s best and fairest for 2024.
The 22-year-old capped a career-best year to date by polling 164 votes, beating defender Zach Guthrie on 120 with star forward Jeremy Cameron third on 118.
Tom Stewart (117) and Tyson Stengle (107) rounded out the top five.
Holmes spent time across half-back and through the midfield in 2024 and polled in 22 of his 25 games, highlighting his consistency.
Other award winners on the night included Tom Atkins and the retiring Tom Hawkins who jointly won the Tom Harley Best Club Person award, Ollie Dempsey who was named the Best Young Player, and Hawkins again who won the Carter Family Community Champion award.
