SEN’s radio network has reported an encouraging start to 2025 according to the GfK Radio 360’s Survey 1 results, which were released this week.
Melbourne’s SEN 1116am led the way for the network, recording a 3.2% (for people 10+) total audience share, which is higher than the same time last year, plus a cumulative audience of 311,000.
The station achieved significant increases in share across its regular programming compared to the same survey in 2024:
SEN Breakfast - 3.9% share (compared to 2.8% in 2024)
Whateley - 3.7% share (compared to 3.2% in 2024)
The Captain’s Run - 3.0% share (compared to 2.5% in 2024)

The Run Home with Andy & Gazey - 3.6% share (compared to 2.5 in 2024)
*Off The Bench *- 4.2% share (compared to 2.0% in 2024)
SEN 1170am in Sydney delivered a 1.5% share and cumulative audience of 165,000, numbers which have both increased year-on-year (YoY).
Breakfast with Vossy & Brandy - 1.4% share (compared to 0.8% in 2024)
Mornings with Matt White - 0.7% share
Morning Glory with Matty Johns - 1.0% share
Afternoons with Jimmy Smith - 1.7% share (compared to 1.5% share in 2024)

Sportsday with Scott Sattler & Mat Rogers - 1.6% share (compared to 1.2% in 2024)

Meanwhile, Brisbane’s SENQ 693am** – headlined by its new breakfast show with Corey Parker and Ian Healy – grew its cumulative audience to 65,000 (from 37,000) this time last year, with both share and cume increasing YoY.

SEN’s digital platforms played a significant role in SEN’s performance across the first survey period of the year, recording a total of 5.562M page views from 1.2M unique users on sen.com.au. In addition to this, SEN App page views notched 7.6M views from 160,000 unique users.
With the 2025 AFL and NRL seasons now well and truly underway, and with even more games now available to be streamed using SEN’s unique products, SEN Stadium and SEN Sync, SEN’s Group Radio Director, Sam Thompson, was pleased at the network’s purported trajectory for 2025.
