Greg Alexander's NSW locks for Origin I

SEN’s Greg Alexander has named the incumbent NSW Blues players he believes will retain their spots for Game I of the 2025 series.

After dropping the opening match of the 2024 series in Sydney, the Michael Maguire-led NSW team won the final two games to claim the Origin shield for the first time since 2021.

However, Maguire has since been appointed the Brisbane Broncos coach with former Blues coach Laurie Daley taking over in 2025.

The change leaves a lot of questions around whether Daley will adopt a similar strategy to Maguire or go down his own path.
