The lads have taken a close look at Warrnambool, Hawkesbury, Ipswich & Cairns in a bid to find the family some winners.

See their best bets below:👇

Cam Luke

WARRNAMBOOL

Race 2 | 4. Karburan

He is the classiest horse on the flat in the race and while that doesn’t automatically translate over the hurdles, it does give them an advantage , especially on a track doesn’t seem a bog! He has had a couple of nice hurdle trials and did his bit but again pressure always goes up on race day. I'm interested to see how Will Gordon rides him. He normally puts some speed into his races that might change here! If he rolls to the front and finds his groove I doubt they'll run him down! It's a jumps race so its my smallest bet of the day but I do think this bloke will be very hard to beat!

Race 6 | 10. Miss Tallchief

I cant work out who will lead so the speed will be tepid and I think this horse will squeeze forward and be promienent from the good gate. Was just OK last start but was in a tougher race and that from was franked yesterday with Shaime winning. Soft track no concern, claim works well and she always runs well here at home (especially at the 1200m) Winkers on a bonus and she will be very hard to beat!

HAWKESBURY

Race 3 | 3. Poisonous

Has trialled up well for his return and looks to have matured a lot! Pulled up lame after being In the market on debut in a tougher race. Will pozzie up nicely on speed and hold the fence and will be given every chance! 1100m is a nice kick off and as long as he handles the toe into the ground (Q on many here) he will take a mountain of beating!

Race 6 | 2. Waerea

Hit a little flat spot second up but finally getting first try at 1600m is a big tick! He is a rangy colt so the speed on will help him find his rhythm. He always runs well and this will be no different. Soft track wont be an issue and if Fred gets bothered up front (Okami Star/Valiant Bomb also go forward) that will set up perfectly for BN to stalk and go bang. I think he will be too good!

Race 7 | 1. Associate

I took him on last week as he had no chance with the gate. He ran on really well (as expected) and he will have a much better run in transit this week. He will able to sit midfield on a speed that should be evenly run with Magicon the likeliest of leaders. The 7 day back up is a tick as is back to the 2000m for the first time in a while. He is rock hard fit and with clear running the 3kg claim will be a big bonus late. I am very keen, especially If the track is upgraded.

IPSWICH

Race 3 | 2. Funhouse

Debuted in a tougher race in town and nothing went right! Was on the market and that race was way tougher than this! Had trialled up really well before that run and with the noted slow recovery allows forgiveness and another day at the races and the class of this field makes me think this bloke is way over the odds! Great each way play $10.

Race 7 | 5. Battlespace

The speed map for this bloke works a treat. Will be able to hold the fence and don’t expect to face much pressure. Went 1600-2000m last start second up after 10 weeks off before first run so staying similar distance essentially third up helps. This race is very even but the danger is Fabs but from that gate will need to work hard to get across or go back and neither suit. Barriers win races and I think it will be the case here!

Sam Hyland

WARRNAMBOOL

Race 6 | 2. Darts Daly

Is a local that at his best will run well in this, he has had a slight let up and this looks to be easier than what he has been racing in, Meechy on board is a positive.

HAWKESBURY

Race 5 | 8. Riga

$7 this horse has been having no luck, lost rider, races called off but today is the day, Tim Clark on board and he will stroll to the front and keep rolling, he can win here.

IPSWICH

Race 7 | 1. Baccarat Rouge

$5 is in good form and has weight relief here, The Switch will suit as has been a winner here before and just needs luck from the gate, soft first half and Bacc can come up a winner.

CAIRNS

Race 6 | 4. Choir Boy

$14 will be singing all the way to the line here, loves a wet track and ran well on top of the ground last start, he will just keep swimming through the mud here, all the best punters!
