Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) has continued its strong run in the latest Australian-Made Podcast Ranker results for May 2026, with 17 SEN-produced shows featuring in the national rankings and the network further cementing its leadership position in Australian sports audio.

Headlining another standout month, SEN Breakfast – ‘Fireball with Kane & Kingy’ (with Kane Cornes and David King) on Mondays and Fridays, and ‘Breakfast with Garry & Tim’ (with Garry Lyon and Tim Watson) from Tuesday to Thursday - has maintained its position at #7 overall nationally reaching 404,314 listeners in May, reinforcing its status as Australia’s number one sports podcast and number one breakfast radio podcast.

The flagship program continues to set the benchmark in sports audio, with SEN Breakfast remaining one of the country’s most-consumed podcasts and a market leader across both live and on-demand listening.

Further highlighting SEN’s dominance in the category, SEN Breakfast and Whateley (Gerard Whateley) are ranked the number one and number two dedicated sports podcasts in Australia by monthly downloads, underlining the continued appetite for SEN’s premium sports content and trusted talent.

The May 2026 results also reinforce SEN’s position as the number one publisher of Australian-made sports podcasts, holding a 27 per cent share of the category, reflecting the strength and depth of the network’s podcast portfolio.

The rankings demonstrate SEN’s continued ability to connect with sports fans through timely, authentic and highly engaged content across AFL, NRL, racing and daily sports programming, while successfully converting its large live radio audience into loyal podcast listeners.

SEN Chief Executive Craig Hutchison said the latest rankings reinforced SEN’s leadership position in Australian sports audio.

“It’s extremely pleasing to see SEN Breakfast maintain its position as the number one sports podcast and number one breakfast radio podcast in Australia,” Hutchison said.

“To have SEN Breakfast and Whateley ranked as the number one and number two dedicated sports podcasts by downloads is a fantastic result and a reflection of the quality of our talent and content.

“We’re also proud to be the number one publisher of Australian-made sports podcasts, which speaks to the strength of our network and the connection our programs continue to have with sports fans across the country.”
