NSW coach Laurie Daley has sensationally axed Panthers' winger Brian To'o in one of several changes for the Origin decider.
To'o, NSW's equal-greatest all-time try scorer, struggled through Origin I and II against the height of Jojo Fifita, with Daley opting to drop him in favour of the 194cm Jack Bostock.
Bostock has been rewarded after sensational club form for The Dolphins, who have won eight games in a row to sit third on the NRL ladder.
Bradman Best and Stephen Crichton both return to the Origin arena in the centres in place of Kotoni Staggs and Tolutau Koula.
Staggs has been completely dropped from the side, while Koula has been relegated to 19th man.
Mitch Moses keeps his spot at five-eighth alongside Nathan Cleary, with Ethan Strange remaining on the bench.
Second-rower Liam Martin has been recalled in place of Dylan Lucas, who was a controversial selection for Game II.
Haumole Olakau'atu and Blayke Brailey have both returned to the NSW squad, in place of Victor Radley, who has been demoted to 20th man, and Apisai Koroisau removed from the squad.
