The AFL's most comprehensive trade coverage is back, with AFL Trade Radio returning from this week to deliver unrivalled coverage of every trade, rumour and breaking story throughout the 2026 Continental Tyres AFL Trade Period.
Launching live from the AFL Footy Fest in Yarra Park during Grand Final week, fans can tune in from Wednesday to Friday (September 23 to 25) from 12pm to 2pm as AFL.com.au trade experts Cal Twomey, Riley Beveridge and Josh Gabelich join Sam Edmund and Josh Jenkins to break down all the biggest news and storylines ahead of the official opening of the trade period.
Following a record-breaking 2025 campaign which generated more than 2.5 million audio and video plays, 49 million minutes consumed and a 32 per cent increase in total plays year-on-year, AFL Trade Radio returns with an expanded line-up of the game's most trusted voices across AFL.com.au and the AFL App.
The broadcast schedule includes:
Wednesday 23 September to Friday 25 September: 12pm to 2pm daily from AFL Footy Fest
Monday 28 September: 12pm to 6pm
Tuesday 29 September to Wednesday 14 October (Trade Deadline Day): 7am to 6pm daily (weekdays)
Thursday 15 October: 7am to 12pm comprehensive trade period wrap show
Once again, this year's lineup features some of the biggest names in footy media:
7am to 9am: The Early Trade with Kane Cornes and Sam Edmund
9am to 11am: Trade Mornings with Tom Morris and Tom Mitchell
11am to 12pm: AFL Trade Exchange with Josh Gabelich and Michael Voss
12pm to 1pm: Gettable with Cal Twomey and Riley Beveridge
1pm to 3pm: The Trade Feed with Cam Luke and Liam Pickering
3pm to 6pm: The Late Trade with Damian Barrett and Brad Johnson, plus Marty Pask from 5pm-6pm
Throughout the period there will also be regular trade updates and breaking news from AFL.com.au reporters Michael Whiting, Nathan Schmook and Joel Peterson.
Broadcasting live on AFL.com.au and the AFL App, fans can access both audio and visual streams, while video coverage will also stream live across AFL digital platforms. Podcasts will be available throughout the day, ensuring fans never miss a trade twist or major announcement.
