Back in her hometown, Kylie Minogue is set to take the stage at the AFL Grand Final.

The 18-time ARIA Award winner is reportedly being paid $3 million to entertain the MCG ahead of the Lions v Freo this afternoon.

Speaking before her performance on Thursday, Minogue said it felt like a full-circle moment to perform at the MCG.

“It brings back not so much memories, but it just makes me think, my god, I’m actually standing here at the centre of the MCG in Melbourne at this point of my life.

“It’s kind of a beautiful madness that is happening right now.”
