David Taggart, Mick Gannon, Campbell Brown & Paul Sebastiani have your Melbourne Cup Day sorted on Trackside.

The lads have taken a close look at Flemington & Randwick in a bid to find the family some winners.

See their best bets below:👇

Paul Sebastiani

FLEMINGTON

Race 1 | 2. Amsterdam
Race 3 | 2. Star Of Macedon
Race 4 | 3. Ole Go
Race 7 | 12. Hopewell Rock

RANDWICK

Race 5 | 6. Perfumist

David Taggart

FLEMINGTON

Race 2 | 10. Chispa

Chispa was very good here last start in a G3 mares race and she will appreciate the drop in grade. Draws soft and I wouldn’t expect Mac to get too far back on her and utilise the barrier. Soft track suits and she can go close.

Race 3 | 8. Fringilla

Didn’t get it all her own way last start when beaten fav by Quick Finish who ran 3rd in the Derby. Williams gets back on and she should get every chance, she can win.

Race 6 | 5. St Lawrence

Bedgie has this old timer flying and he gets the services of J Mac who rides him for the first time. Is ok with the jar out of the track and he has to go close again looking for 3 in a row.

Race 7 | 12. Hopewell Rock

Hopewell Rock comes out of running 2nd in the Ebor which is handy form making up ground to just miss. He beat the Geelong Cup runner up in Small Fry the start before that which reads very well as I gave him a chance if he made the field. He can win and Zac is riding in career best form.

RANDWICK

Race 3 | 5. Graffiti Tycoon

Graffiti Tycoon just got the job done first up to win his maiden and I’d expect him to strip fitter especially going back to the trials. Ran second to the handy Mr Miller on debut and you would think with Nash on he can get the cash.

Race 5 | 1. Gringotts

Gringotts made up good ground on No.2 Formal Display last start as he steps up to his pet trip. Won this race last year with the same weight and is looking to win this 3 years running. He is also 4/4 4th up.

Race 9 | 4. Compensation

Compensation resumes and is putting together a good record. Won 3 in a row last prep and was only beaten on debut in what has been a great form race. Has speed to burn and after the claim comes in with no weight. Toughest test to date but has ability and is ready to go from his trials.

Campbell Brown

FLEMINGTON

Race 1 | 1. Royal Press
Race 2 | 10. Chispa
Race 3 | 2. Star Of Macedon
Race 4 | 8. Gin Twist
Race 5 | 20. Leonchroi
Race 6 | 6. Al Duca
Race 7 | 11. Juja Kibo
Race 8 | 5. Ranarsson
Race 9 | 12. Butternut Princess
Race 10 | 1. Buccleuch

Mick Gannon

FLEMINGTON

Race 4 | 3. Ole Go
Race 8 | 5. Ranarsson
Race 9 | 2. Shadhavar
Race 10 | 1. Buccleuch
