SENQ 693am has continued to strengthen its position as Queensland's home of sport, delivering year-on-year audience growth and strong digital performance as the network prepares for a massive sporting September.

The latest GfK Radio 360 Survey 5* results saw SENQ 693am record a 1.2% share among All People 10+, while cumulative audience increased to 72,289, representing year-on-year growth as more Queensland sports fans turn to SEN for live sport, expert opinion and analysis.

The result reflects the continued appeal of SEN's unique sports-first offering and growing engagement across both traditional broadcast and digital platforms.

With Queensland's sporting calendar entering one of its busiest periods, Breakfast with Coz & Heals continues to set the agenda for sports fans each morning. Hosted by rugby league great, Corey Parker, and cricket icon, Ian Healy, the program is uniquely positioned to cover the NRL Finals Series before turning its attention to what promises to be another huge summer of cricket.

Beyond radio, SEN's digital platforms continue to experience significant growth across Queensland. Highlights from the most recent reporting period^ include:

  • 993,000 total streams (up 67% YoY)
  • 2.1 million app screen views (up 30% YoY)
  • 213,000 web and app users
  • 5.5 million social impressions (up 15% YoY)
  • 4.2 million social video views (up 11% YoY)
  • 210,000 social followers (up 7% YoY)

SEN's rugby league coverage will continue to be amplified through its partnership with Fox League, with both Saturday League Kick-Off (Saturdays 10am-12pm) and The Run Home (Monday to Wednesday, 5pm-6pm) simulcast nationally across Fox League and SEN platforms, extending the reach of some of the network's most popular league content.

SEN's Group Content Director, Sam Thompson, said the Queensland results highlighted the value of SEN's multi-platform approach and the growing appetite for premium sports content across the state.

"Queensland is one of the great sporting heartlands in Australia and we're seeing strong engagement from audiences right across the state as they connect with SEN through radio, streaming, podcasts, social media and video.

"What's particularly pleasing is that our audience growth isn't being driven by one platform alone. We're seeing strong momentum across the entire SEN ecosystem, which reflects changing consumption habits and the strength of our content offering.

"The next few months present a tremendous opportunity for the business. The NRL and AFL Finals Series always captures the attention of Queensland sports fans, and that will be followed by another summer of cricket, while our partnership with Fox League continues to broaden our reach and introduce SEN content to new audiences.

"We're excited by the momentum we're building in Queensland and look forward to continuing that growth throughout the remainder of the year."
