SEN 1116am has recorded a cumulative audience of more than 421,000 listeners in the latest GfK Radio 360 Survey 5* results, reinforcing the network's position as Melbourne's home of sport while continuing to build momentum across broadcast, streaming, podcasting and social platforms.
While audience habits continue to evolve across radio and digital consumption, SEN Breakfast again highlighted the strength of SEN's core content offering, delivering a 5.2% audience share among All People 10+, up from 4.4% at the same time last year**.
SEN 1116am's Breakfast line-up - featuring Fireball with Kane and Kingy (with Kane Cornes and David King) on Mondays and Fridays, and Breakfast with Garry and Tim (with Garry Lyon and Tim Watson) from Tuesday to Thursday - continues to resonate strongly with sports fans.
Among Males 25-54, SEN Breakfast recorded an 11% audience share, whilst Fireball was also a standout performer, recording a 12.3% share among Males 25-54, and a 5.4% share among All People 10+***.
SEN 1116am's broader performance among Males 25-54 further highlighted the loyalty and engagement of its audience, with the station recording an 8.3% share. SEN 1116am's listeners also spent significantly longer with the station, averaging 6 hours and 54 minutes of listening per week.
Beyond radio, SEN's digital platforms continued their rapid growth trajectory.
For the most recent reporting period^, digital figures showed streaming remains a major growth driver across the business, with Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland all recording year-on-year increases of more than 60 per cent.
